April Draw
The first draw has been made today, 07 April, and we are pleased to say that the following tenants clear rent accounts have won them £50 in High Street Vouchers:

Rent Incentive Scheme - Wednesday Winners
We are pleased to announce that our Rent Incentive Scheme is now in place. The scheme is designed to reward those tenants that keep their account clear, and also those who use Direct Debit as a means of payment.
The outline of the scheme is as follows :
- A draw 3 times a year (Draws 1,2,3) for customers whose rent account is clear at that time – each draw offering 4 x £50 High Street Vouchers
- A draw (Draw 4) near Christmas for customers who have qualified for all 3 draws during the year, together with all those who pay by Direct Debit and have not bounced a payment during the year (irrespective of account balance), this draw offering 4 x £100 High Street Vouchers
The dates of the draw have been agreed as follows :
Draw 1 As at Sunday 04 April 2010 (w/c 29/03/10)
Draw 2 As at Sunday 27 June 2010 (w/c 21/06/10)
Draw 3 As at Sunday 26 September 2010 (w/c 20/09/10)
Draw 4 As at Sunday 05 December 2010 (w/c 29/11/10)
To qualify for draws 1,2 and 3 your rent account balance must be either zero or in credit on the draw date, the only exception to this are those tenants who receive Housing Benefit and all arrears are due to Housing Benefit paying every 4 weeks.
If you pay your rent monthly, then you must make sure your rent is paid in advance to qualify.
If your account is in arrears, then you should consider paying by Direct Debit, by doing so you would be entered into Draw 4, providing no payments had been refused during the year. We offer the widest flexibility of payment frequencies and dates to suit everyone.
