Venture Online Launched

Venture Online, our new online service for customers, was officially launched on 30th January 2012, giving you access to your housing information online. Use Venture Online to view your rent account, check progress of reported repairs, report issues to us and much more. 

How do I use Venture Online?

Registering for Venture Online is free and easy to use. All you need to register is your rent account number and a few personal details. It will only take a few moments to register online.

Security is important to us and you will only gain entry to the system if you enter all logon data correctly. You are required to enter 5 individual items of data correctly to gain entry and you will only be able to see the information relating to your own tenancy account.

For your security, we will never send you an email with a link directly to the log on page requesting you to enter your log on details. Each time you need to access the system please do so from this page. We will also never send you an email asking for your PIN or favourite word.

How do I register for Venture Online?

You will need :

  • your Tenancy Reference number which can be found on both your rent statement and payment card (it begins with a 'V')
  • Your first name
  • Your last name
  • Your date of birth
  • Favourite word
  • Your email address

Once these have been verified you will be e-mailed a PIN (personal identification number). Once you have received your PIN you are free to access Venture Online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

If you forget your PIN or favourite word, you can be reminded of them via the Log In page.

Questions from users

We have asked users for feedback on their experience of the service, below we have provided answers to questions posed by users :

Question : I would prefer to register with details I create myself, username etc rather than digging out my ref. number, same applies to security number

Response : We need to be certain that the person registering is indeed a tenant of Venture, the only way we can do this is by matching data held in our system that only a tenant will know. Once registered you are able to change the security number to something more memorable if you want to.
