Closing our Wirral office has made significant savings which we can use to improve your homes, we now do more home visits and have also set up a drop in at a local neighbourhood centre on the Wirral for anyone wishing to visit us

Following changes to letters and proceudres we achieved 100% gas servicing in June 2010, and have remained at this level ever since

We have increased the ways people can get involved and the ways you can influence our services. Tenants are now involved in helping us to choose repair contractors and set standards for the delivery of this service. So your views really do matter.

We have changed our proceudre to build in a regular contact with anyone who complains about anti social behaviour so you know what is happening

In our last STATUS survey 79.1% of our customers said they were satisfied or very satisfied with our services but 11.9% said they were not

We have reduced lost calls and the amount of time it takes to get through tous on the phone and are spending more money improving our tenants homes than we ever have. We are also doing more research to understand exactly what was causing this dissatisfaction so we can try to put this right.

we have just completed a security system which saw CCTV, new doors, secure railings and automated gates fitted to guarantee access for residents only

residents in Leighton Rd had problems with children playing football because the road is narrow

we have fitted no ball games signs but because we know it’s important for children to play are also lobbying local ward councillors for dedicated play space, and have arranged for a good neighbour agreement to be developed with the help of Wirrals Mediation Service.

tenants in the Chancel, Fonthill and Oakfield areas told us their homes were in need of new doors and windows

we have changed our investment proposals for this financial year and have brought forward the window and door replacements in these areas.

tenants in our flats and sheltered schemes said trees are causing problems blocking light and access for window cleaners etc.

we have included regular tree maintenance in the specification for the gardening contract about to go out to tender .

We have now updated the Communtiy Chest Fund application, and it is now available to complete online.
