Performance Information, excellent layout, but what is the point of the trend arrows, they serve no purpose at all. |
The trend arrows provide a direction of travel for the indicator, for instance it may be red however the trend may be rising, indicating positive action toward improving performance. |

Regarding the performance posters, please stop using housing speak, no one understands it. |
We have now removed the jargon from the posters, unless you know differently. |

Why do you only report urgent repairs on your posters, why not report performance of the whole lot as other housing associations do. |
