Annual Tenancy Audit 2011

Venture’s annual tenancy audit programme is underway.  This involves housing officers visiting tenants homes to check that the right person is living in the property as part of our ongoing commitment to prevent fraud.  This year for the first time members of our tenants committee will be with us for these visits to see and hear for themselves what our tenants issues are.

Visits are unannounced but all those involved with carry photo ID.  Remember, never let anyone into your home without checking their ID.
