Comment on our proposed Void Standard
We have proposed a Void Standard that specifies what you can expect when you move into a property owned by Venture.
As tenants we would appreciate your views on this specification, is there anything that you would expect to see? are there items in the specification that are not required? etc. The document is available either as a PDF or HTML version, if you do not have Adobe Reader and do not wish to download that sofware then choose the HTML option to open it in your browser.
The consultation period is open until 31 October 2008, following that date we will take into account all opinions and formulate an agreed standard for all empty properties.
