Venture is committed to supporting the principles of tenants choice within the Associations’ Allocation Policy. This includes offering an emergency housing transfer in serious cases of harassment, and allowing existing tenants to continue to seek rehousing by pursuing a “mutual exchange” with another tenant.

We are working in partnership with Liverpool City Council and Wirral Borough Council to deliver local Choice Based Lettings. We advertise all available properties through the Council held Housing Register.

If you wish to be considered for accommodation in Liverpool make an application through any participating RSL to have your details added to the Propertypool register.

An exciting new development will soon be completed in Birkenhead at Quarrybank which is near to the centre of town. The apartments are close to schools and amenities and there are excellent road and bus links.
