About Venture

Venture was formed in the early 1970's by a group of Liverpool professionals working on a voluntary basis. The first development of two bedroom flats was complete in 1974 and, in 1976, the Association appointed its first full-time member of staff. Today, the association owns and manages 1300 homes in Liverpool and the Wirral.

Venture now employs 32 members of staff but the organisation is still controlled by a voluntary Board of Management who do not receive payment for their services.
